PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift device for parking apparatus, the device with a simplified configuration by reducing the size of a pit formed underneath a ramp.SOLUTION: A beam 10 is connected between upper corresponding portions of a set of vertically disposed guide rails 5A, 5B; a motor 24 for a lift device is supported on the beam 10, with a rotary shaft 18 rotatably supported; a ramp 7 and a balancing-weight 42 are disposed respectively in front and back of the rotary shaft 18, with the longitudinal direction of the former and latter mutually aligned; and at a position where one end of the rotary shaft 18 in the axial direction faces a guide rail 5A positioned at one end in the axial direction, the motor 24 for the lift device and a substantially horizontal wall-face support member 6 for supporting/fixing to the rear wall are disposed. |
