PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure an antenna device adaptable for a plurality of frequency bands without substantially increasing the size for installation and a radio communication device comprising the antenna device.SOLUTION: A central conductor pattern 11 acts as for instance a loop antenna for a first communication system using an UHF band by feeding power to power feeding ends P1 and P2. The central conductor pattern 11 and conductor patterns 12a and 12b surrounding the pattern 11 act as for instance a loop antenna for a second communication system using a VHF band by feeding power to power feeding ends P2 and P3. The central conductor pattern 11 acts as for instance an antenna for a third communication system using a HF band by feeding power to a power feeding coil 22.
