PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a flow rate of water in making the water pass through a heat exchanger to detect a water temperature and the like in starting a system with a simple configuration and control, in the system for controlling a water passing amount to the heat exchanger on the basis of a hot water tapping temperature.SOLUTION: A controller 12 adjusts an opening of a flow rate regulation valve 6 on the basis of a detection temperature of a temperature sensor 8, and makes water pass through a heat exchanger 7 by a set flow rate by opening the flow rate regulation valve 6 by a set opening before and/or after the control. The controller 12 gradually opens the flow rate regulation valve 6 while monitoring the flow rate by a flow sensor 5 at a desired time such as starting of a system, and stores the opening at a time when the flow sensor 5 detects the set flow rate as the set opening. Thus, from the next time, the flow rate regulation valve 6 is opened by the set opening without using the flow sensor 5, when the water is made to pass through the heat exchanger 7 by the set flow rate. |
