PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adjustable fixation or locking means for two parts or portions by use of a sliding hinge.SOLUTION: A adjustable fixation means for two parts using sliding hinge means comprises a longitudinal base profile comprising a longitudinal female locking part connected to a longitudinal plate part and an adjustable longitudinal profile comprising a longitudinal male locking part connected to a longitudinal plate part. The longitudinal female locking part and the longitudinal male locking part define the sliding hinge means. The fixation or locking means has three positions, a locked, a loose or sliding and an open position. The longitudinal base profile has a chosen length longer than a certain length of the adjustable longitudinal profile. The longitudinal profile is fixed to the longitudinal base profile in closed position. The adjustable longitudinal profile for the adjustable part is non-stepwise adjustable in relation to the longitudinal base profile when in loose position, allowing for numerous positions for the adjustable part in relation to the base part. The longitudinal profile is detachable from the longitudinal base profile when in open position. |
