PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating tray mounting a body to be heated and capable of controlling a temperature distribution for each area.SOLUTION: A heating tray 4 heated by a halogen heater (electromagnetic wave generation body) 3, includes first areas each provided with a black coated body (electromagnetic wave absorber) 4c in a plan view, and a second area other than the first areas and having electromagnetic wave absorptivity lower than that of the first area. Electronic devices (bodies to be heated) 6 are provided on a surface on the opposite side to an opposite surface 4b opposed to the electromagnetic wave generation body so as to overlap with the black coated bodies 4c in a plan view. |
