PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of adjustment of a heating temperature of a heating roller while avoiding damage of a material to be pressure-bonded and improvement of the attachment property of the material to be pressure-bonded with respect to a heating roller being heated and rotated.SOLUTION: In a film heating and pressure-bonding part 140, a second heating roller 142 is retreated from a pressure-bonding position, and thereby, the second heating roller 142 is separated from a first heating roller 141. Then, a bonding and guiding roller 132 is moved, and a passage of a bonded film SF is changed to be a separation passage so that an anode support film DF of the bonded film SF is separated from a roller surface of the first heating roller 141. |
