PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive packaging method with gas barrier property, which is capable of checking that a content is sterilized, and the gas barrier property thereof is kept.SOLUTION: The packaging method with gas barrier property for executing packaging with gas barrier property on a content includes a packaging step S10 of packaging the content with a packaging bag which is formed by using a film with gas barrier property in moist heat treatment, and provided with a barrier indicator for detecting ingress or drainage of objective gas, and a sterilizing step S20 of sterilizing the packaging bag and the packaged content in the moist heat treatment under predetermined conditions. The film demonstrates the gas barrier property by the moist heat treatment under the predetermined conditions. |
