PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system capable of maximally preventing unavailability of permeated water in places in need during flushing operation.SOLUTION: A water treatment system 1 includes: a plurality of membrane separation devices U1-U4 each having a reverse osmotic membrane module separating feed water W1 to permeated water W2 and condensed water; a storage tank 2 storing the permeated water W2 fed from the membrane separation devices U1-U4; a water level detection means 3 detecting a water level of the storage tank 2; and a control part 100 determining the number of the membrane separation devices to be subjected to flushing operation based on a detected water level of the water level detection means 3 at the timing of the flushing operation of a plurality of the membrane separation devices U1-U4, and performing the flushing operation of the determined number of membrane separation devices. |
