PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current-mode-controlled DC-DC converter that generates a nonlinear slope voltage in a simple circuit configuration.SOLUTION: In a slope compensation circuit 14 of a current-mode-controlled DC-DC converter 1, a first transistor TR14 has a first main electrode connected to an input node ND1 or a ground node ND2. A second transistor TR13, which is diode-connected, has a first main electrode connected to the first main electrode of the first transistor TR14 via a capacitive element C2, and a control electrode connected to a control electrode of the first transistor TR14. A current source circuit 15 applies currents proportional to a size ratio of the first and second transistors TR14, TR13 to the first and second transistors TR14, TR13, respectively. A current flowing in a path branching from a second main electrode of the first transistor TR14 is converted to a voltage to produce a slope voltage. |
