PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unjust authentication even when authentication equipment is stolen.SOLUTION: An unjust authentication prevention apparatus rejects unjust authentication request from authentication reception devices. Every time an information group comprising at least user identification information, usage date and time, and a location of a device being used sent from the device being used is received, the unjust authentication prevention apparatus adds a record comprising at least the usage date and time and the location of the device being used on the basis of the information group to user specific usage history information. Upon receiving an authentication request from the authentication reception device, the unjust authentication prevention apparatus determines whether or not the authentication request was made by a legitimate user on the basis of the usage history information, and the authentication request is rejected if the authentication request is determined to have been made by a user other than the legitimate user. |
