PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire that can further suppress rolling resistance, and a tire manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A tire (pneumatic tire 1) is configured such that recesses recessed from the tire surface in the tire inside direction are arranged regularly at least in a partial area on the tire surface. The maximum width L of the recesses is within the range of ≥0.1 μm to <50 μm in the direction along the tire surface. The depth D of the recesses from the tire surface to a point, located at the innermost position, of each of the recesses in the tire inside direction is within the range of ≥0.1 μm to <10 μm. The arrangement interval P between the recesses is within the range of >0.1 μm to <100 μm in the direction along the tire surface. |
