PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear screen able to obtain an image that is free from hot spots and reduced in non-uniform brightness when an extremely short focus projector is projected on the rear screen.SOLUTION: A rear screen includes diffusing means having the property of diffusing incident light of a specific angular range of angle and transmitting incident light from the angular range of angle other than the specific angular range. The specific range of angle is set to 10 to 60 degrees, substantially equal to the incident angle smallest in an extremely short focus projector. |
