PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate type electronic component capable of improving an attenuating characteristic to a differential mode noise and reducing costs while restraining a common mode noise restraining effect.SOLUTION: A first internal conductor 10 has first and second lead-out parts 11, 12, and a first connection part 13 connecting the first and second lead-out parts 11, 12. A second internal conductor 20 has third and fourth lead-out parts 21, 22, and a second connection part 23 connecting the third and fourth lead-out parts 21, 22. The first and second connection parts 13, 23 respectively include: plural first portions 13a, 23a extending in a direction in which the first and second internal conductors 10, 20 penetrate; and second portions 13b, 23b extending in a direction crossing with a direction in which the first and second internal conductors 10, 20 penetrate. The first internal conductor 10 and the second internal conductor 20 are partially overlaid on each other in a lamination direction of a dielectric layer 7, and an area of one part is not smaller than an area of a portion not overlaid in the lamination direction. |
