PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress stress caused by hunger and support an effective and efficient diet.SOLUTION: In a diet support device, an input part 1 inputs information about the profile of a user and the target of a diet. On the basis of the input information, a calculation part 21 calculates user points, a proper numerical value that the user can consume for a prescribed period. A storage part 3 stores meal points, numerical values predefined for respective menus of meals on the basis of calorie, nutrient and satiety index. A retrieval part 22 retrieves meal points corresponding to the user points or less, calculated from the points from the calculation part 21 and the storage part 3, and menus of meals corresponding to the meal points. An output part 4 outputs the calculated user points, the retrieved meal points and the retrieved menus of meals. |
