PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading system including a sealed rubber kneading machine capable of easily and accurately knowing a degree of kneading efficiency of the kneading machine.SOLUTION: A kneading system includes: a sealed rubber kneading machine 1 kneading a kneading material R containing raw material rubber and carbon black; a rotating meter 10a of a rotor 8; a wattmeter 10b sensing instantaneous electric power p required for rotation-driving the rotor 8; and a calculation device 11 to which the detected data is input. A total shear amount J is obtained by integrating shearing speed γ applied to the kneading material R by the rotor 8 over kneading time T by the calculation device 11 on the basis of the detected data, data on an outer diameter D of the rotor 8 and data on a clearance H between an outer diameter position of the rotor 8 and an inner wall face 7a of a chamber 7. A unit work UW is obtained by dividing integrated electric power amount W obtained by integrating the instantaneous electric power p over the kneading time T by a mass M of the kneading material R. Based on the total shearing amount J and the unit work UW, an evaluation index E for evaluating the kneading efficiency of the kneading machine 1 is calculated.
