摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve seat structure for reducing generation of vibration and noise, by reducing cavitation generated in fluid when opening a valve, in a flow control device driven by a motor.SOLUTION: A groove 13b is arranged in a part of a valve seat inner periphery, a passing flow rate of the groove 13b in the peripheral direction of an annular clearance 4 between a valve element 2 and a valve seat, is increased more than a passing flow rate of the other part, so that a pressure balance is hardly lost in a state where water flows in the clearance 4, the valve element 2 is not continuously vibrated, and a flow to a sudden squeezing part is reduced.
