PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe body gripper of a simplified structure for mounting a support object on a pipe body which facilitates operations for fixation to and detachment from the pipe body and is free of play of a fastening bolt.SOLUTION: A pipe body gripper 1 includes a bracket 2, a jaw member 3, a nut member 4, a fastening bolt 5, and a spring member 6. A pipe body P is fastened between the bracket 2 and the jaw member 3 by threadably engaging the fastening bolt 5 penetrating the bracket 2 with the nut member 4 and fastening it so as to fix the bracket 2 to the pipe body P integrally together with a support object M. A lowering spring member 6 is interposed between the bracket 2 and the jaw member 3 and energizes the jaw member 3 in an opening direction to prevent the fastening bolt 5 from floating from the bracket 2, and the jaw member 3 performs fastening/releasing operation synchronously with a rotating operation of the fastening bolt 5. |
