PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device and a transfer method by means of which a film molded product is arranged in a prescribed position of a mold while keeping the original shape of the film molded product as it is.SOLUTION: A transfer device 10 includes: a stage 20 including a locking means 21 for locking a planar member 50 comprising an elastic body to be curved and a holding means 22 for holding a curved part of the planar member 50 while bringing back the curved part; and a canceling means 30 for canceling the holding of the planar member 50 held by the holding means 22 while the stage 20 is positioned in a member 40 to be transferred. |
