PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled copper foil having excellent bending resistance and high flexing characteristics.SOLUTION: A plurality of crystal faces parallel to the main surface include a {022} face, a {002} face, a {113} face, a {111} face and a {133} face, and the diffraction peak intensity ratios of the respective crystal faces obtained from X-ray diffraction measurement using a 2&thetas;/&thetas; method to the main surface and converted in such a manner that the total value reaches 100 satisfy I≤6.0, I≤6.0 and I≤6.0, respectively, the half-value widths of the diffraction peaks of the respective crystal faces satisfy FWHM≤0.60, FWHM≤0.50, FWHM≤0.50, FWHM≤0.50 and FWHM≤0.70, respectively. |
