PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately capture a fluorochrome within an organism.SOLUTION: A fluorescence detection apparatus comprises a plurality of light sources each irradiating a fluorochrome injected into an organism beforehand with exciting light from the outside of the organism, and a plurality of detectors each detecting fluorescent light generated from the fluorochrome by the exciting light and outputting the detected fluorescent light as an electric signal. The plurality of light sources and the plurality of detectors are arranged side by side in at least one row. Between two light sources, at least one detector is disposed and between two detectors, at least one light source is disposed.
