PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio power transmission apparatus, a radio power reception apparatus, and a power transmission method of a radio power transmission system such that active control over load impedance at a load end can be performed by effectively detecting a coupling state between the radio power transmission apparatus and the radio power reception apparatus.SOLUTION: A radio power transmission apparatus 200 which transmits electric power to a radio power reception apparatus 300 by radio includes a transmission coil for transmitting electric power provided from an electric power source 100 to a reception coil of the radio power reception device 300 through resonance and a detection section which detects a coupling state between the transmission coil and reception coil from input impedance of the radio power transmission device. |
