PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating the surface of a structure, which can prevent corrosion by forming a coating film on the surface of the structure, with compact equipment.SOLUTION: A method for treating the surface of a structure is a method for treating the surface of a structure containing at least chromium, and includes: an immersion process S1 comprising supplying a persalt aqueous solution onto the surface of the structure to form a coating film by chromium in the structure on the surface of the structure, and then immersing the resulting structure into the persalt aqueous solution; and a heating process S2 for heating the persalt aqueous solution. |
