PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared suppressing film having good abrasion resistance and showing infrared suppressing properties and visible light permeability.SOLUTION: An infrared suppressing film includes a base material, a close adhesion layer formed on the base material and containing a polymeric compound and inorganic compound particles, and an infrared absorbing layer with a pencil hardness of H or above containing a polymeric compound and inorganic compound particles showing infrared absorbing properties. This infrared suppressing film shows visible light permeability.
