PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which suppresses generation of stripe-like image defects during initial use.SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a conductive substrate, a photosensitive layer provided on the conductive substrate, and a surface protective layer provided on the photosensitive layer. The surface protective layer comprises a cured film of a composition containing a reactive charge transport material, fluororesin particles, a fluorinated alkyl group-containing copolymer, and a compound represented by the specified general formula (A). In the specified general formula (A), R represents a C1-C10 substituted or unsubstituted saturated hydrocarbon group, and Rf represents a C3-C10 branched hydrocarbon group, for each of at least one hydrogen atom of which a fluorine atom substitute. |
