PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phrase detecting device capable of automatically detecting a key phrase from a text such as a social stream.SOLUTION: A dividing section divides text data into a unit of language elements. An analysis section extracts language element strings included in the text data to generate link information of an inclusion relation among the language element strings and calculate statistic values representing statistic independence of the language element strings. The extraction section extracts and outputs a language element string in which the number of concatenations of language elements in the language element strings extracted by the analysis section, the statistical values of the language element strings calculated by the analysis section, and the link information relating to the language element strings satisfy predetermined conditions. |
