PURPOSE: A method and a device for receiving and transmitting control information of LED lamps are provided to enable a manager to transmit a control command to LED lamps after letting the LED lamp enter a setting mode, thereby achieving accurate and simple control. CONSTITUTION: A method for receiving and transmitting control information of LED lamps having a control unit comprises the steps of: when receiving a setting mode start request, transmitting a first signal, which is a wireless communication signal, to a receive module of at least one LED lamp for changing a control mode of the control unit of the LED lamp into a setting mode (S10); controlling the LED lamp to flicker if the control unit enters the setting mode; and if detecting the LED lamp flickering, transmitting a second signal which is a wireless communication signal including control information of the LED lamp having entered the setting mode (S20).
