PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report preparation system which allows preparation of an appropriate report when various devices are controlled via a remote control system.SOLUTION: A report preparation system includes: storage means for storing model information in which, for each of model codes of devices, a type of a device is associated with a model code of the device, pattern information indicative of a use pattern according to presence or absence of use of each type of a device, and type information in which, for each of use patterns, a report type is associated with a use pattern; identification means for acquiring model codes of one or plural devices remotely controlled via a remote control system so as to identify, on the basis of the model code and the model information, types of the one or plural devices; first specification means for specifying a use pattern on the basis of the type of a device identified by the identification means and the pattern information; second specification means for specifying a report type on the basis of the use pattern specified by the first specification means and the type information; and preparation means for preparing a report on the basis of the report type specified by the second specification means. |
