PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for optimum maintenance with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A component selection apparatus includes; a usage time extraction unit 20 which, upon acquiring a model number information and usage time of a facility component, extracts standard usage time corresponding to a standard component model number that matches the model number information from a model number database 5, and also extracts standard usage time from the model number database 5 using a standard component model number associated with a derivative component model number that matches the model number information, or a standard component model number associated with a successor component model number that matches the model number information according to a derivative component database 6a and a successor component database 6b, respectively, as a search key; and a selection unit 21 which selects a component with a model number that matches the model number information according to the model number database 5, the derivative component database 6a, and the successor component database 6b as a replacement for the facility component if the usage time is equal to or more than a predetermined fraction of the extracted standard usage time. |
