PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic apparatus in which electromagnetic noise is reduced effectively, when a cable is laid in one direction.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle electronic apparatus 100 connected with a wire harness 200 having a power source line 202 and a ground line 201 includes a circuit 15 which operates with power supplied by the power source line and is grounded by the ground line, a series impedance adjustment circuit 13 disposed, respectively, in the wiring that connects the power source line and ground line with the circuit, and a ground impedance adjustment circuit 14 disposed in a line short-circuiting the wiring and a ground plane. Impedances of the series impedance adjustment circuit and the ground impedance adjustment circuit are set so that the impedance of the wire harness viewed from the circuit is substantially equal to the impedance of the circuit viewed from the wire harness. |
