PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for shearing rivets capable of suppressing deformation to a laminated steel plate in shearing a rivet.SOLUTION: A device for shearing rivets shears rivets 3 of a rotor 6 formed by fixing, by the rivets 3, a laminated steel plate 1 formed by laminating a plurality of steel plates each formed with a round hole 4 at the center, and balancers 2 arranged on the laminated steel plate 1. The device includes: a pin 11 formed insertably in the round hole 4, and allowing length in the height direction to be adjusted in the round hole 4; a pair of blades 7 respectively arranged at opposite parts in the circumferential direction of the rotor 6; and blocks 8, ball screws 9 and servomotors 10 for plunging the pair of blades 7 between the laminated steel plate 1 and the balancer 2 by performing horizontal movement with respect to the rotor 6 at a position in the height direction between the laminated steel plate 1 and the balancer 2. |
