PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adhesive from being cut out at an end surface of a fitting side of a cylindrical member when a fitting structure is manufactured where a bar-like member is internally fitted into the cylindrical member.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a fitting structure 100 where a bar-like member 20 is internally fitted in a cylindrical member 10, the bar-like member 20 having an outer peripheral groove 21 continuously extending in the length direction in an outer peripheral surface is internally fitted into the cylindrical member 10 having a through hole 11 penetrating from the outer peripheral surface to the inside while being positioned so that the through hole 11 of the cylindrical member 10 communicates with the outer peripheral groove 21 of the bar-like member 20. Then, an adhesive 30 is injected from the through hole 11 of the cylindrical member 10, and the adhesive is filled into a region between the inner wall of the cylindrical member 10 and the outer peripheral groove 21 of the bar-like member 20. |
