PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tester of a fire detector capable of, even when fire detectors whose appearances are identical or similar coexist, and they have different characteristics, executing a test without performing the switching of setting or the like.SOLUTION: A tester 1 of a fire detector for executing the operation test of a plurality of types of fire detectors whose blink frequencies to be detected and amplification factors corresponding to them are different includes: a single light emission part 3; and a light emission control part 5 for making the light emission part 3 perform pulse emission. An emission pulse to be emitted by the light emission control part 5 includes rays of light having a plurality of types of blink frequencies which can be detected by each of a plurality of types of fire detectors, and the rays of light have emission intensity with strength causing an amplified voltage to exceed a threshold set by each fire detector in each of the plurality of types of fire detectors. |
