PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera accessory, an interchangeable lens, and an adaptor that are capable of operating appropriately even when power supply voltage supplied from a camera body and power supply voltage, at which an own device connected to the camera body operates, are different from each other.SOLUTION: A camera accessory, which is detachably attachable to a camera body, includes: a power supply voltage change part for changing power supply voltage supplied from the camera body based on the supplied power supply voltage; a communication part for performing predetermined communication by receiving the power supply voltage supplied from the power supply voltage change part; and a level shift part for changing, based on the power supply voltage supplied from the power supply voltage change part, a level of a communication signal transmitted from the camera body to the camera accessory and changing, based on the power supply voltage supplied from the camera body, a level of a communication signal transmitted from the camera accessory to the camera body. |
