PURPOSE: A plate shape sheet manufacturing device is provided to mass manufacturing plate shaped sheets in which various protrusions are formed on a surface and to prevent product defect or failure of the device by being stably dissembled from a forming roller. CONSTITUTION: A plate shape sheet manufacturing device comprises a molding unit which heats raw materials and gives flexibility and a forming unit which molds the melted raw materials into a sheet. The molding unit comprises two or more cold forming rollers. The cold forming roller comprises a first forming roller (225) in which an indented accommodating chamber is formed on the surface and a second forming roller (226) in which protruded structure is formed on the surface. The plate shaped sheet is molded by rotating the first and second forming rollers while the melted raw materials are passed between the first and second forming rollers. |
