PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a semiconductor light-emitting element.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element comprises: a support substrate; a semiconductor laminate including a first semiconductor layer of a first conductivity type, an active layer formed on the first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer of a second conductivity type formed on the active layer; a bonding layer which has a lateral face at an angle of more than 90° with respect to a surface on the semiconductor laminate side, for bonding the support substrate and the semiconductor laminate; and a wiring layer wired from a top face of the semiconductor laminate through the lateral face of the bonding layer.
