PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method that incorporates a plurality of magnets on an element of a power generator to generate at least one magnetic pole thereupon, and has high reliability and cost effect.SOLUTION: A system includes at least one magnetic pole generation device including a nonmagnetic frame; an internal component including magnet guide means 110 fitted on the frame and reciprocally moving and an external component fixed to the frame, the guide means having a magnet holding plate 104 for holding a plurality of magnets 106; a jig coupled to a nonmagnetic frame and attached in a detachable state to a predetermined place on the element; and a magnet reception device coupled to the jig and cooperating with the internal component so as to receive and fix a plurality of magnets to the element of the power generator. The system also enables a plurality of magnetic poles to be built on the element of the power generator at the same time. |
