<p>PURPOSE: An organic thin film transistor for a display device and a fabrication method thereof are provided to improve adhesion by replacing a material for forming a protection layer with photo acryl. CONSTITUTION: A second protection layer (125a) is formed on the upper part of a first protection film (123). The second protection layer is planarized. A gate line (131) and an electrode connection pattern (133) are formed on the upper part of the second protection layer. The gate line and the electrode connection pattern are electrically connected to a gate electrode and a drain electrode respectively. A pixel electrode (140) is electrically connected to the electrode connection pattern.</p> |
