PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by removing one fluorine film layer. CONSTITUTION: A bonding layer is formed by coating and drying a base material layer with a water-based coating composition. The base material layer consists of a polyester resin. The water-based coating composition includes a modified polyolefin resin, a cross-linking agent, and water. The modified polyolefin resin is laminated on one side or both sides of the base material layer. The cross-linking agent is selected among an oxazoline based cross-linking agent and a melamine based cross-linking agent.
