摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a zirconium tungstate filler having negative coefficient of thermal expansion is provided to produce a zirconium tungstate filler having negative coefficient of thermal expansion at 50-450 deg C by using a composition comprising zirconium oxychloride and ammonium paratungstate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a zirconium tungstate having negative coefficient of thermal expansion comprises the steps of: measuring composition and injecting the composition in an aqueous solution (S100); mixing and drying the composition at 80-150 deg C for 1-3 hours by a mixer (S100); incinerating the mixed and dried composition in a crucible at 600-800 deg C for 3-5 hours (S200); and synthesizing the incinerated composition at 1000-1200 deg C for 3-5 hours. The composition comprises 30-50 wt% of ZrCl2O 8H2O and 50-70 wt% of 5(NH4)2O 12WO3 5H2O as fundamental composition. At 30-120 deg C, thermal expansion coefficient of the zirconium tungstate is -99.2x10^-7/°C. At 170-400 deg C, thermal expansion coefficient of the zirconium tungstate is -50.96x10^-7/°C.
