PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for fruit, which hardly deteriorates its water repellency and strength.SOLUTION: The sheet for fruit comprises a paper substrate and a water-repellent coating that contains a wax emulsion (A), synthetic resin latex (B) and an acrylic synthetic water-retention agent (C), and is applied on at least one face of the paper substrate. The water-repellent coating contains 0.2-2.0 pts.mass of (C) with respect to 100 pts. mass of a mixture in which (A) and (B) are mixed so that a mass ratio (A):(B) of a solid content becomes 60-95:40-5. A coating amount per one face is preferably 0.2-2.0 g/m. |
