PURPOSE: A hydraulic power generator is provided to minimize loss of rotary force, and to maintain the rotary direction of a central shaft as support units are stopped from rotating by a protrusion. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic power generator comprises a central shaft (10), a driving unit (20), and a shock absorbing unit. The driving unit comprises support units (21) and rotary plates (23), and is connected to the central shaft. The support units comprise protrusions (21a). The rotary plates are pivotally placed between the support units, and the rotary direction is limited to one direction by the protrusions. The shock absorbing units are installed in the protrusions, rotary plates or both of them. |
