PURPOSE: An environment-friendly rubber composition is provided to prevent fire and to prevent personnel injury due to smoke and poisonous gas when used as a floor material or an internal material for buildings or vehicles. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly rubber composition includes 80-90 parts by weight of a natural rubber, 10-20 parts by weight of an EDPM, 150-200 parts by weight of an aluminum hydroxy-based compound, 10-20 parts by weight of a hydroxide magnesium compound, 20-30 parts by weight of a zinc borate compound, and 10-20 parts by weight of a phosphorous-based flame retardant plasticizer. The natural rubber is latex. The aluminum hydroxyl-based compound is an aluminum hydroxide or an aluminum hydroxyl chloride.
