PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor whether a luggage is appropriately delivered at a remote location from a vehicle without separately managing loading and unloading of a luggage in a luggage space by attaching an IC tag to each luggage in the luggage space of a vehicle.SOLUTION: If a luggage space door of a vehicle 1 is opened at a location different from a preregistered luggage delivery destination, a communication module 103 of an operation information collection device 10 transmits warning data to a personal computer 31 installed for a remote vehicle manager 3 through a wireless public telephone network 5 or the Internet 7. The warning data indicates that the luggage space door is opened at a place except for a delivery destination and illegal unloading may be performed, and includes current location and time of the vehicle 1. The personal computer 31 receiving the warning data displays occurrence location and time of a warning event on a display 32. In addition, the occurrence location and time of the warning event are transferred to a mobile information terminal 6 using an e-mail to a manager specified e-mail address. |
