PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device for an exterior panel, which allows for height adjustment to maintain the inclination angle for installation of a solar cell module panel corresponding to the displacement in the height direction due to deformation of a roof board or the like.SOLUTION: A fitting device 8 for an external panel includes: a second male screw member 24 which is a shaft member erected on a fixing member 9 for fixing to a roof board 2; and a holding fixture 13 attached to the second male screw member 24 through a receiving fixture 12, with which a solar cell module panel 7 as an external panel is installed. One or a plurality of spacer members 11 lie between the fixing member 9 and the receiving fixture 12. The spacer member 11 includes a fourth insertion hole 36 which communicates with an insertion hole part 36A through which the second male screw member 24 passes in the vertical direction and has one end open to the periphery and a pair of opposing positioning parts for stacking, so that height adjustment corresponding to displacement in the height direction can be performed for installation. |
