PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet folding device etc. capable of improving work efficiency by shortening a working time required for change of a carrying sheet such as a corrugated cardboard sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet folding device includes: an upper carrying belt 81 carrying a corrugated cardboard sheet in a carrying direction D; a pair of forming belts 84 abutting on a folded face formed by folding both ends in a width direction orthogonal to the carrying direction D of the corrugated cardboard sheet and folding both ends in the width direction of the corrugated cardboard sheet; a pair of folding bars 85 installed in the carrying direction D, abutting on the folded face at both ends in the width direction of the corrugated cardboard sheet to be folded and guiding both ends in the width direction of the corrugated cardboard sheet; a moving mechanism 86 moving the pair of folding bars 85 in the width direction and vertical direction; and a control device 100 controlling the moving mechanism 86 to adjust positions of the folding bars 85.
