PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-repellent film suppressing aggregation of a liquid-repellent material and having a high liquid repellency, a method of manufacturing the same, a microstructure using the liquid-repellent film, and a method of manufacturing the microstructure.SOLUTION: A liquid-repellent film includes one compound selected from silane compounds having a perfluoropolyether group represented by formulas (1), (2), and (3) as defined in the description, respectively, and a fluorine-containing acrylic homopolymer that is a homopolymer of a monomer represented by formula (4) as defined in the description or a fluorine-containing acrylic copolymer that is a copolymer of the monomer represented by formula (4) and a monomer represented by formula (5) as defined in the description. A method of manufacturing the liquid-repellent film, a microstructure using the liquid-repellent film, and a method of manufacturing the microstructure, are provided. |
