PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing composite material made from fiber-reinforced plastics which are excellent in specific mechanical properties.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing composite material includes: a process for supplying at least two half-finished webs 1a, 1b in a longitudinal direction; a process for disposing either one of at least the two half-finished webs 1a, 1b in other place; and a process for joining at least the two half-finished webs 1a, 1b to each other. Each of the half-finished webs 1a, 1b has fibers fixed in one direction. In at least either one of the half-finished webs 1a, 1b of at least the two half-finished webs 1a, 1b, the fibers form a predetermined angle, which is larger than 0 degree, with respect to the longitudinal direction of the half-finished webs 1a, 1b. |
