PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device which detects a rotational angle of a rotary member in a vehicle, which is improved to conventional technology.SOLUTION: In a sensor device which detects a rotational angle of a rotary member in a vehicle, a measurement value forming device is constituted as a motion converter, the motion converter converts rotation of the rotary member into translation of the measurement value forming device, at least one sensor is arranged on the side of the measurement value forming device and monitors the overall translation area of the measurement value forming device. The at least one sensor calculates the current position of the measurement value forming device in the translation area, and the current position represents the rotational angle of the rotary member. |
