PURPOSE: An energy saving preheater having a hot wire arranged inside of a mold and an insulation material is provided to prevent a hot wire from overheating by sealing a mold where the hot wire is arranged. CONSTITUTION: An energy saving preheater having a hot wire arranged inside of a mold and an insulation material easily seals the bottom surface of a paper cup by melting vinyl attached to paper. A hot wire is put into the preheater and is casted and processed. After the processing, a heat protection layer is formed using an insulation material. A cylindrical mold is formed on the top of the heat protection layer to protect the insulation material. |
