PURPOSE: A composition for detection or quantification of Sp2/0 cell DNA and a primer set for the same are provided to specifically detect the Sp2/0 cell DNA only, thereby being used for effectively detecting or quantifying the Sp2/0 cell DNA contained in cultures or purified materials of the cell. CONSTITUTION: Primer sets for detection or quantification of Sp2/0 cell DNA are marked by the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1) and the base sequence of 2. The composition for detection or quantification of the Sp2/0 cell DNA comprises the primer sets marked by base sequences having the sequence number 1 and 2 and a probe marked by the base sequence having the sequence number of 3. A fluorescent label factor is inserted into one end of the probe, and a fluorescence inhibitory substance is inserted into the opposite end of the probe. The Sp2/0 cell DNA is the genomic DNA of the Sp2/0 cell remaining in the sample. A kit for detection or quantification of the Sp2/0 cell DNA comprises the composition for detection and quantification of the Sp2/0 cell DNA. A detection or quantification method of the Sp2/0 cell comprises the following steps: extracting DNA from the sample; performing PCR(polymerase chain reaction) the extracted DNA using the primer set marked by base sequences having the sequence number 1 and 2 and a probe marked by the base sequence having the sequence number 3; and measuring fluorescence signals. |
